EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are ever dissatisfied with an item you purchased, we guarantee an easy return or exchange experience - whether you purchased in-store or online. Long Shotz offers a 30-day commitment on all unopened or unused products, returned in new, saleable condition. Please bring your original receipt to our location, and we will guarantee you leave a happy and satisfied customer.

 

In order to be eligible for return or exchange the item must meet all of the following criteria:

• Item(s) must be in the original packaging

• Item(s) must be unused.

• Item(s) must be in new/saleable condition.

• Packing slip and the Long Shotz confirmation email are required to process the return. Please bring the documents to the store with the return.
