Welcome to Longshotz Golf Winter League 2025!
We’re excited to kick off our indoor golf league this fall, featuring a 12-round Order of
Merit series using the Stableford points system. Here’s everything you need to know:
League Overview
• Rounds: 12 rounds of 18 holes, played from Jan 6th to March 30th.
• Playoffs: Top 12 players advance to the stroke play final on April 3rd.
• Tee Times: Book your round a week in advance and complete it by Sunday at 11 PM.
You can play ahead if you’re going on vacation, but no catching up on missed rounds.
Divisions
• Same divisions for men and women, with identical course conditions but different tee
boxes.
Registration
• TrackMan Profile: You must register your profile to enroll in the league. Click here to
sign up.
• League Fee: $50 per player. 80% goes toward prizes, and the rest covers league
management software.
Scoring
• Stableford System: Points awarded per net score—Eagle (4), Birdie (3), Par (2), Bogey
(1), Double Bogey (0).
• Order of Merit: Points accumulate each round, with more points awarded as the number
of participants increases.
For 1-100 players, the winner receives 100 points. For 101-200 players, the winner receives 200
points, and so forth. The player finishing in last position always receives 1 point. The points for
all players between the winner and the last position are awarded according to a logarithmic
distribution. If you choose default scoring for one round, this setting will apply to all rounds.

How to Obtain Your TrackMan Handicap
1. Complete a Full Round: To obtain a TrackMan Handicap, play one full round of either
9 or 18 holes. Make sure the setup is adjusted accordingly, as partial rounds are not
allowed.
2. Initial Handicap Calculation: If your first round is 9 holes, your initial TrackMan
Handicap will be generated by doubling your gross score.
3. Adjustment for 9-Hole Rounds: After your first round, 9-hole rounds will be adjusted
to determine your gross score by awarding net par on the remaining holes based on your
current handicap.
4. No Mulligans: Mulligans are not allowed in any round that counts towards your
TrackMan Handicap.
5. Gimme Distance and Auto Putt: Rounds must be played with a gimme distance of 12
feet or less, including auto putt settings.
Your TrackMan Handicap is calculated from the best 8 scores out of your last 20 rounds. As a
new score is submitted, your TrackMan Handicap will automatically update to reflect your most
recent 20 scores. If you’re new to TrackMan, you won’t have 20 scores initially, so your
handicap will be based on the rounds you’ve completed. All players must have a TrackMan
Handicap before their first round of the league!
League Rules
• Play: Use your preferred golf ball. Re-hit for out-of-bounds or unregistered shots. No
mulligans unless authorized.
• Absence: Missing more than 2 rounds disqualifies you from playoffs. Play ahead if
necessary.
• Behavior: Respect all players and staff. Misconduct can lead to removal from the league.
Simulator Issues
• Report any simulator issues to staff. If the game stops, you can replay your round at no
extra charge.
