“Bio” & Teaching Philosophy
An engaging lifetime career as a CPGA Professional that builds on seven years as a touring professional playing in 17 different countries; as a teaching professional with over 7,000 lessons, and as a club professional at well- known, active semi-private golf clubs in Alberta and B.C.
As a player, Greg has won on the Canadian Tour, finishing second on the Order of Merit. He benefited from playing with many of the greats in golf, players like Moe Norman and George Knudson, and learning from them.
Whether you’re steeling yourself to play your first round of golf in your company tournament, or you’re fine tuning your game for high level competition, Greg has the understanding, attitude and approach to help your game.
Greg’s lessons, both juniors and adults, will almost always cover 3 most important aspects of learning how to become a better golfer: G - GRIP and placement of the hands, and how this relates to the swing of the club.
P - POSTURE and its relationship to alignment and starting positions in anticipation of your swing motion.
S - SWING Motion respecting plane, rotation, angle of attack, sequence, rhythm and balance.
Greg is most interested in improvement and lower scores. This is achievable with lessons and practice, and also paying attention to developing short- game skills. A no-nonsense, non- gimmick, sound fundamental approach with one goal in mind: helping YOU, the student, improve most quickly and enjoy this great game of golf.

Working together with Greg you can map out realistic “cause & effect “analysis, and structure your practice sessions with prescribed drills for quicker improvement. 45 Minute Session includes Warm Up and Medium Basket of Balls. Semi- Private: An ideal package for couples, family or friends. Fundamentals will be stressed. Plenty of room for individual attention.
Group Lessons (6:1 Ratio): A great way to learn in a social setting, having fun as you learn the grip, posture and golf swing fundamentals… “Beat Your Husbands at Golf!”
Adult Beginer Group Lessons (6:1 Ratio): Learn the grip, posture and golf swing fundamentals.
Group Short Game Lessons (6:1 Ratio) Putting, Chipping, Pitching, Lob and Bunker Play. Learn how to hit the short game shots essential for scoring improvements in golf; especially the half/ and quarter shots. Four 1 Hour Lessons $109
